RSPCA Return Policy

RSPCA online shopping has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information about our products to help you make the selection that's right for you.  All products are guaranteed for one year by RSPCA, with some products guaranteed by the manufacturer for more than one year.

RSPCA will exchange/refund any products, which are received damaged, faulty or different to those shown or described.  You can return the item through Australia Post using our Reply Paid address.  If you require a refund, a cheque will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned products.

If you wish to exchange the item for any other reason, the product must be in it's original condition with packaging intact.  The only cost to you will be for the return of the product to RSPCA for exchange through Australia Post.
