DELIVERY

Products are held and despatched by Australia Post off site.

 Delivery time is quoted as up to 7-10 days ( we may advise of other times when applicable ). Wine delivery is approximately 2 weeks as this is arranged by Tyrrell’s, not Australia Post.

 When an order is for wine and another product, it is invoiced together, though delivered separately. The receipted delivery system is traceable and is a security measure for both customer and RSPCA alike. 

 For orders (excluding Wine):
$8.00 for all orders under $20.
$10.00 for all orders $20 and over.

Delivery is free of charge for Ribbon of Life donation gift cards.  Express post or collection from Burwood East is also available for Ribbon of Life donation gifts cards by telephoning 03 9224 2284, Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm. 
These options are available to Ribbon of Life donation gift cards only.

• Wine prices include an $8 freight charge per dozen.
  
• Orders are sent to you by receipted delivery.  This requires you to sign for your package upon receipt.  Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box if you are not home to accept delivery, stating your package is available for collection at a designated post office.

Wine orders are despatched direct from Tyrrell’s in New South Wales and may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to you.  The price of your wine includes an $8.00 freight charge per dozen.

If your order includes wine and another product(s), the wine will be delivered and invoiced to you separately.

The receipted delivery system offers peace of mind for you if your order is lost or delayed.
